  December 7, 2014 - Slo ox for a couple of hours. Initially opened with campfire char on the nose and palate but this faded with more air. Fruit was black cherry and macerated raspberries throughout the midpalate and finish. Just enough vanilla and rounded mouthfeel to create a whole package. Really love where this has gone over the past couple of years. No more candied fruit profile upon opening. Seems to be performing better than the 2008. Looking forward to the 2012s.
