  January 18, 2015 - Rich, balanced & smooth on initial fruit, dried apricots, honey, figs, some minerals, vanilla, and creamy orange. Its incredibly layered on the finish. Personally I'd like a little bit more acidity to cut through the fat silky fruit, but its hard to not be knocked over by the incredible balance and length. Near perfection.
