  January 23, 2015 - color- opaque core, but transparent on the edges. light purple to red
  nose - bbq ribs, hickory, cherry, white pepper
  palate - savory and meaty notes hit first with a bit of soy sauce, backed with red fruit, cranberry and strawberry
  vibrant acidity with bit of the cranberry bitterness leading into a medium finish
