January 25, 2015 - Did the "Mollydooker Shake" to release the nitrogen in the wine. Definitely a difference before and after the Shake. Massive bruiser of a wine...16% abv (and shows it), but strangely I really liked it. Abundant blackberry fruit, cracked pepper and sweet vanilla. Finish showing lots of milk chocolate. Very tasty if over the top. Would buy again.

1/26/15, 6:51 PM - Amazing! I had no idea there was such a thing as the Mollydooker Shake and I love Mollydooker wine (for the right occasion). I Googled it up, watched the video, and now I can't wait to try it on my next bottle of The Boxer. They said they do it with everything except the sparkling. I tremble at the thought of shaking my $100+ bottles of Velvet Glove. Have you tried it?
