  February 13, 2015 - U Club selection. Dark and inky color, looking youthful. Nose opened up with wet earth, spiced cassis eventually moving toward soft fruit, saddle leather and jam, with good austerity still lingering. The air time definitely showing benefits. On the palate clean BDX profile of dark fruit, fresh mintyness, herb, tobacco and stones. Drinking quite nicely now.
