  March 17, 2015 - Tasting at Frog's Leap: Clear, deep ruby color. Aromas of cassis, black cherry, anise, cedar, earth and tobacco. Medium acid, tannin and body- all in balance with flavors of juicy red and black cherry/cassis, clove, vanilla bean, cedar and violets. Silky and rich tannin. Rich full finish. Very elegant but with plenty gumption. Excellent.
