  April 14, 2015 - Domaine Laroche Chablis w/ Gwenael Laroche (Houston): A much deeper, complex, and almost brooding (does this even make sense for a white wine?) nose of honeysuckle, stone fruits, and a hint of toasted marshmallow. The palate was similar to the nose but with a much more pronounced chalkiness. The fruit is very dense, round, and concentrated, but is still light on its feet as it glides across the tongue.
