  April 20, 2015 - Decanted for 1h at the Prime Rib with their signature dish. Expressive nose, layers of earthy oaky notes, tobacco. I thought the palate was slightly understated given its sophisticated nose. Still it was an outstanding Bdx, lots of fruit oak and tannin in harmonic balance. Drinking nicely now, lots of life left in this beauty.
