  April 25, 2015 - For a fat, rich vintage, this bottle had some serious tension. Acidity was not enamel stripping but very pleasant. Like a gargle of pure seawater with excellent citrus and tidepool backing. Revisit in 5 years but has the energy to go MUCH further.
  
  Paired well with a mandarin, avocado salad.
