  May 14, 2015 - Fine dark red, browning. Lovely exuberant nose - flowers and spices, cured meats and cherries. Follow through into mouth. Very well resolved smooth tannins. Black cherries, all spice, smoked venison, bit of wood smoke. Really lovely, complex and long. Fully mature but by no means falling apart.
