  May 15, 2015 - Company Wine tasting (The Hide): Head to head against Gusbourne from 2009. Sorry to draw comparisons, but the Gusbourne was a lightweight like a Perrier Jouet. The Nyetimber had an additional level of complexity - touching on Bollinger in style. A hint more biscuit which I love. Fabulous champagne and a wonderful start to the tasting.
