June 6, 2015 - Ultimo lunch time tasting (Ultimo wine centre (but now vintage cellars)): Blackcurrant and a slightly inky quality along with crushed rocks, cedar and slight brambles. In the mouth there is dense black fruit then firm drying but fine textured tannins. Long. Very long in fact. Oh, this is rather nice. Lovely in fact.

6/15/15, 2:19 AM - Thanks for your note. Have an unopened 6 pack of this wine. How long would you recommend before I break it open?
Thanks

6/15/15, 4:25 AM - Hi Andrew, I tend to like a bit of age on my Bordeaux so I'd be cracking the first bottle when it's ten years old - so 2020...cheers, chatters
