  July 1, 2015 - Dark ruby with no sediment, this wine is essentially mature yet needs a long decant to release plum, date and dark cherry.
  Decent claret but not exceptional, I highly doubt more bottle age helps because there isn't much to work with considering 2000 was a rock star vintage.
