9/28/15, 11:47 AM - Definitely ready to drink now. It's in a nice place. For my tastes, I think it might overpower swordfish. If I weren't eating meat, I'd pair it with some cheeses, olives, good bread and figs. For swordfish, I'd go with a light Pinot from Oregon or maybe a Beaujolais. If I were looking for something a little more unusual I'd pair swordfish with Pinot blanc. Enjoy!
