  December 24, 2015 - On the nose orange, lemon, lime, white flesh fruit, green apple. Palate is similar with minerality, and slight toasty characteristics that don't dominate the beautiful fruit. Wonderful drop.

  12/27/15, 11:35 PM - Keep on sipping! Great champagnes become quite nicely great wines...and suddenly you find yourself joining the growing group of people who think flutes are for orchestras, proper Burgundy wine glasses are for champagne :-)
