  January 25, 2016 - Notes of barnyard and redcurrants, and some smokiness on the backpalate and finish. Medium-high acidity, and medium tannins. Paired excellently with smoked sausages. 13% ABV.

  Update: still drinking well on the next day -- more tart and perhaps more elegant as well.
