  February 7, 2016 - Cracked this open to enjoy while watching the Superbowl with a meal of Salmon, yellow potatoes, and cauliflower. Started out a bit thin with a clipped finish, but the more air it got, the more it filled in. A pretty, tasty Pinot, not at all showing its age yet. Recommend a long decant for best enjoyment.
