  August 2, 2016 - You have to reconignize, E isn't for España but for Envy (Barra Era y Restaurante Angelita - Madrid): Served by the glass.
  A bottle that had everything, at least everything I like in a fragrant Oloroso wine.
  From a dark mahogany color , almost a malveillant would say that it had added a few drops of PX , to a delicious and complex aroma where notes of coffee nugget intermingle with other of cocoa , carob and figs . Too much sweetness , how bad I am.
  In the mouth, everything is perfectly assembled , with a degree of elegance in the passage through the throat unknown for a Villapanés. David tell me more... :-)

  Una botella que lo tenía todo, al menos todo lo que a mi me gusta en un vino oloroso.
  Desde un color caoba oscuro, casi un malintencionado diría que le habían añadido unas gotas de un PX, a un delicioso y complejo aroma donde las notas a pepita de café se entremezclan con otras a cacao, algarrobas o higos. Demasiado dulzor, qué malo soy.
  En boca todo está perfectamente ensamblado, con un grado de elegancia en el paso por la garganta desconocido para un Villapanés. David cuenta, cuenta... :-)
