  September 3, 2016 - Very pleasant mature Bordeaux style wine. Balanced, with elegant tannins and surprisingly fruity for this age. Not too funky --- contrary to what some one stated --- and not very powerful but a very drinkable wine with a long finish. Mature yet not yet very complex bouquet. Would benefit from further ageing but this was my only bottle.
  Purchased in May in Bordeaux at the L'Intendant Grands Vins de Bordeaux. Drank with roasted lamb, vegetables and mustard sauce --- pleasant match.
