  September 25, 2016 - This paired perfectly with a vegetable chicken tortilla soup (Gubancs Restaurant, Portland recipe). There is enough fruit and tannin to age at least to 2018.

  11/26/16, 5:55 PM - I admit I find it somewhat curious that you said both that it was "past its prime" back in May, and then that "[t]here is enough fruit and tannin to age at least to 2018" in September.

  12/12/16, 8:54 AM - The best explanation for the discrepancy is bottle to bottle variation. The purchase time/location and cellaring were identical.
