  October 16, 2016 - My tasting of 12 Christophe Baron wines. One of my favorites, along with 2009 No Girls syrah and 2010 Reynvaan Stonessence. Dark and opaque, with pronounced aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, some of the Cayuse "funk" or "barnyard" component. Full-bodied, perfectly balanced, still with some tannins, slightly hot on the aftertaste. Drink or hold several years.
