  October 22, 2016 - Deep focused nose, cooked fruit, brambles, blueberries, chocolate, liquorice, orange peel and smoke. Velvety mouth-filling texture on the palate, spicy and deep layers of fruit. Excellent balance and length. Big and complex, evolved a lot in the glass. Needs at least a few hours of air before showing its true quality. Supple to drink now, a lot of potential left for further aging.
