  October 30, 2016 - Drank well with rib eye steak. Opened nicely over the evening and wonderful when we left a bit to taste the next day. Poised and balanced opened with chocolate and berries and turned to plum as it sat. I wonderful wine still at the top and will not going to get better. Should be consumed now or in the near future.
