November 25, 2016 - Served double blind. Intense, translucent purple-ruby. The nose was fresh cut cherry and cranberry for days with subtle herbal notes. On the palate this is light bodied and very fruity. I was guessing this was a good Bojo or maybe Trousseau as it had that high-toned character, good intensity but not much depth. Disappointed on reveal to see this was Ceritas Pinot (as I have a bunch in my cellar) and don't want my Cali Pinot to taste like Bojo. Re-tasting on night two and this is showing similarly.
