  December 26, 2016 - Superb aromatics of crisp orchard fruit, orange blossom, cinnamon, and raw honey. Deep and energetic on the palate, boasting an excellent balance of sweet yellow fruit, slate minerality, clove spice, and finishing lemon citrus acidity. Great length. Drink or hold.
