  February 5, 2008 - From 375 ml. Purchased a few years ago, I expected this to mature a little faster given that it's a half bottle. Wrongo. Still tough as nails. Some baking bread on the nose, but not much else. In the mouth, tons of acidity that makes it a little tough to drink. The finish though, is smooth and long. Certainly potential, but I won't open any more of this for a while.
