  December 31, 2016 - Opened two bottles for NYE, poured through aerator and drank over course of 3 hours. Started off with great aromas and flavors of raspberry jam and plums,. though closed down after about 30 minutes. Lots of swirling required to coax this back to life where ripe berries and pepper notes filled the glass and palate followed by notes of dry soil, tar and herbs.So glad I bought a couple of extra bottles last month as this will definitely be singing after a couple of more years.
