  January 21, 2017 - I know it's young but couldn't resist. And glad I didn't. This is a ripe, rich, well structured elegant though young thoroughbred. Plenty of fruit, some meat, spice and more. It tastes and feels so pure. Though there's tannin and wood to hold down the overall excellence at this time. Will revisit often and expect it to get better and better.
