  February 5, 2017 - Has it really been three years since I last drank one of these? Pop and pour, medium weight, with a silky mouth feel and a 10 second front palate finish. Enjoyable with a variety of foods, but is less suited for beef than Italian, Indian, or even seafood at this phase of it's life. While enjoyable, wouldn't necessarily even know this is an Oz shiraz. Drink during 2017.
