  February 9, 2017 - One of the BEST Cabs I've ever tasted. Smooth and silky but that "wow" at first sip. Blueberry chocolate and plum with deep toast and tobacco notes. Made stuffed shells and Caesar salad and they just brought the flavors out more. Inky yet silky finish. Amazing
