  March 19, 2017 - Dinner at Trelio (Clovis Ca.): Showing some Bordeauxish leather with age...pretty red fruits, liqueured and ripe, exotic woods and spices, white pepper, cherry blossoms...silky smooth...drank rather regal throughout the evening.
