March 27, 2017 - Young but impressive. Decanted for about 90 minutes. 2011 was a lighter vintage as we all know so the earthy, berry and leather nose was not overpowering but present. Palate was mid weight-tannins present but tamed, cherry, and a touch of pepper on the finish. Will hold for a bit. Great QPR. 4 bottle lot from WTSO.
