  May 15, 2017 - Classic Foillard, and everything to love about Beaujolais. Deep and brooding but ethereal. Wonderful nose and deep, exciting palate of black cherry, wild strawberry, tilled chalky soil, violets, and forest floor. Deliciously savory with excellent wild red berry acidity and persistent, granite minerality. Superb! Drink or hold.
