  June 22, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): Pop and pour, intoxicating very Burgundian nose displaying decadent raspberry, a hint of sous bois and sap then followed by a hint of dry cherry, tobacco, garrigue, pepper, mineral, smoke and earth. Excellent concentration, incredibly layered, silky and polished. Perfect amount of acidity, strong mineral and an incredibly long sweet cherry fruit driven finish that resonates. Incredibly decadent without compromising the purity and balance. An absolutely hedonistic wine that flirts with perfection.
