March 16, 2008 - Similar to my previous bottle, not a classic Hermitage IMO as it has a wonderful delicateness to it. Pleasantly funky nose of cut hay, earth, and cherry. Ripe tartness on the palate makes this an excellent food wine, and with a dry aged rack of lamb lastnight this was fantastic.
