  September 14, 2017 - Almost a year later this tastes even better. Maraschino cherry, black cherry, cassis, and earthy stone. Just superb. The funk blows off after 30 minutes of air then you can enjoy a bottle of superb aged Bordeaux. Served with chicken roasted on the grill, pan-roasted fingerling potatoes, and sautéed Brussels-sprouts greens. Yum.
