    September 19, 2017 - So much potential. Bury underground, in cellar whereever. Just forget about it for a decade and then it should start to be really friggin' awesome!

    9/19/17, 10:01 PM - Well it's good but really tight in the sense that you do not get all that flavor you know it posses!
    Open it maybe 2 days ahead if you are going to drink it now and decant it too! But if you only have one, then I would sit on it.

    9/20/17, 5:21 AM - Good advice. I have 3 bottles, so I can afford to experiment with one bottle on the young side. With PS, I enjoy the youthful flavors a bit more than the evolved ones, but I also like some bottle age and it sounds like another year would be beneficial.

The bottle I drank and posted on here this past June seemed good to go, and yes it will age, but if you simply give the wine some air and then enjoy it, I don't see why we should buy into the thinking that these wines need to be tucked away and forgotten. Part of the allure, and pleasure candidly, is drinking some of these in their youth. I don't care much for old wines so you can take my comment from that perspective, too. Thanks for the TN, Fred Bo. Appreciate it.
