  September 25, 2017 - Much better day 2. Popped and poured night one and was a little shy, acidity and tannin didn't seem integrated. Improved with air but day 2 was much better. Bright fresh red apple and raspberry. Has a piney quality to it. Have one more bottle and will wait 2-3 more years for that one
