  September 25, 2017 - A Medoc Bordeaux not trying to be anything but.
  Dark fruit, tannic / rough, spice. Paired OK with eggplant
  Parm. Not the style we were looking for tonight.

  1/12/18, 6:32 PM - Not quite, I think it was just less burly & rough. A more elegant Bordeaux would have been great.
  But yes, sangiovese pairs well with eggplant parm too.
