And a quick "editorial" note - I have a buddy who has recently gotten into Nebbiolo and had asked me about the wisdom of backfilling on Produttori, so I decided to take a couple of these out for "test rides" to see where they were at development-wise.
All three of these wines have time in front of them, and given the price of entry, silly good QPR. Glad to have more, although patience is still recommended for the 2006.

11/3/17, 7:10 AM - Bob, it would be hard to argue on the QPR of these wines. You definitely get a lot of wine for the cost. I wish I had started buying these sooner, and in larger quantities, as I also like them on the younger side.

Much more open today, although you still get a tannic presence on the finish. Really nice, and a wine that will probably drink well for another 10-20 years.
