  November 24, 2017 - This Pinot has matured beautifully and is worth searching out if you like big complex PN's. Deep purple with light bricking in the glass. Cherry, plum and berries on the nose, slight floral notes linger. On the palate - smooth well-integrated tannins establish a firm background to loads of cherry and plum with a interesting light sweetness in the finish. Less spice notes than in earlier bottles, less earthiness - almost none really. Just fruit and flavor which does not over power it's graceful structure for a Pinot that is this old (acting young) and big in presence.
