  November 26, 2017 - Deep garnet color, slight haze and opaque. Smells are currants, leather, hoisin, bell pepper, tobacco, and tea. Tastes are sour cherry, currants, dark chocolate, cedar, tobacco, soy, pencil, and stony earth. The tannins are soft satin in texture and the finish is earthy, long, and complex.
