  December 23, 2017 - Decanted for four hours; moderate sediment. Deep ruby color. A bouquet of lovely black cherries, licorice and vanilla. Juicy and ripe, medium-to-full bodied dark fruit and coffee on the palate. Well structures and good mouth feel. The finish lasts nearly a minute. This is the first bottle of a case bought ten years ago, and I'm expecting the other eleven to last nicely over my planned ten-year drinking window
