  December 30, 2017 - I've had a lot of bottle variation with these...stood this one up for a few days and decanted just 20 minutes before serving to avoid any sediment..perfect with guinea-fowl. "A point" now, good for a few more years if you're lucky enough to get a bottle like this but why wait?
