January 1, 2018 - Wow. Wow. My first 2015 and it is all that they say. There's this bright grippiness to the tannins that make it nonetheless a pleasure to drink, and the fruit is vivid and bold but not soupy or too sweet. Obviously this is a $25 wine, and so I can't draw more conclusions about the vintage yet, but jeez this is good stuff. We'll see how it develops, but it's an insane bargain for now.
