January 15, 2018 - Great starter wine with beautiful fruit, freshness and a creamy finish. Excellent!

5/4/18, 8:24 AM - Thanks for your note on this wine. Would you say it is good to go at present, or do you think some time in bottle is needed? I haven’t had this version yet and have been trying to be patient in my attempts to hold out for the most optimum drinking window. Thanks in advance!

5/4/18, 10:48 AM - Depends on how you like your champagne. I recently had the 2007 as well and the bottle age has added complexity and brioche/almond notes. The 2010 is more fruit driven with good minerals and lemon creme notes. Either way you will enjoy. Hard to say "value" at 85+ but it compares with far more expensive cuvees
