  January 30, 2018 - I really enjoyed this wine - opened and gave about 30 minutes of air. Primary notes of apple on the nose, with a secondary note of lemon zest. Terrific acidity and very low oak reminded me of a Burgundian style. Finish was well-integrated - my allocation opened today for 2016 wines; I'll be getting some more of this (along with some of their wonderful pinot).
