February 4, 2018 - From a Balthazar, cellared for around 10 years. At 50th birthday celebrations. Difficult to assess objectively under the circumstances, but was a huge hit with the guests - a really gigantic bottle of champagne is a great talking point! Wine was round & satisfying, still plenty of bubbles, extremely satisfying. Must locate another for the 60th....
