  January 26, 2018 - Happy Australia Day! This is a quality pinot. Its class and elegance apparent from first sip. The nose is highly perfumed and alluring, inviting deeper inspection. The black cherry fruit are slightly sweet and beautifully detailed and layered. The tannins are fine and sensuous, and deeply entwined through a herbal and savoury mid-palate. There is spicy fresh fennel, clove and just a hint of stalky bitterness, all in perfect balance. The finish is very long and quite intense. Just beautiful.
