  March 3, 2018 - Still a baby. 3 hours of air...still really tight. Nice acid for a 15.5% wine. Did not feel overly heavy or overripe. Bottle was gone after 5 hours when it was just starting to get more interesting. Going to wait another few years before opening the next one.
